Job Summary:
Rock Flow Dynamics is looking for a motivated, dynamic, and detail-orientated Account Manager to become part of our commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. This role will also require the Account Manager to work closely with our sales and marketing team to identify and action new business opportunities within Egypt and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Serve as the primary contact for enquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Market Growth: Identify opportunities to promote tNavigator to new companies in Egypt.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our software tNavigator and the solutions it offers. This will be supported by our technical sales team; however, we require the account manager to effectively communicate the value proposition of tNavigator to clients and prospects.
- Sales Support: Work alongside sales managers to identify sales opportunities and generate leads and work collaboratively to develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process to tNavigator ensuring a smooth transition including organising training sessions by liaising with the technical team.
- Client Support: Address client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, liaising with the technical support team as required.
- Reports and Analysis: Prepare reports on client interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and software development to achieve company objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload to maintain high customer satisfaction with excellent attention to detail
- Must be motivated and able to work with a team and independently
- Knowledge of the energy industry or related software is beneficial
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in sales, account management, marketing, or customer service.
